In shocking news yesterday, it was reported that the
NCAA has accused Memphis of major violations within their 2007-08 season the culminated in a championship game loss to the Kansas Jayhawks. Specifically, they're claiming that Derrick Rose cheated on the SAT and that $2,260 in free travel was given to a player associate for road games. For these they're charging "knowing fraudulence and misconduct" and "failure to monitor" for each violation, respectively.
